Joe Partsch and Frank Froemel

This is a portrait from an old Beitel album. Someone wrote the name "Joe Partch" below the photo. It was taken by the J. Bethscheider studio of Humphrey, Nebraska.

A cousin of Cecilia (Schiebel) Beitel, Josepha Froemel, married Alois Partsch in St Francis Church in Humphrey, NE. Bill Schmidt, of Beaverton, confirmed that Joe was one of their children. I am not sure if they had any other children. Bill has a group photo of Froemels and Schmidts taken in 1912, in Nebraska. Joe Partsch was in the photo. He looks a little older there.

This wedding portrait is in the same Beitel photo album as above. There were no names written on it, but it has been identified as the wedding portrait of Frank Froemel and Anna Schmidt by their granddaughter Marlene Meissner of Keizer, Oregon. They were married Feb. 7, 1899, in St. Francis Church, Humphrey, Neb.

The photography studio was H./K. Mielenz, Olive St., Columbus Nebraska.

This portrait is also from the same Beitel album; there were no identifying marks, but it has also been identified by Marlene Meissner as her Grandfather, Frank Froemel.

The photography studio is H./K. Mielenz, Olive St., Columbus, Nebraska.
