The older people seated in chairs are Cecilia (Schiebel) Froemel and her husband, Joseph Froemel, Frank's parents. The woman standing behind Cecilia is Anna (Schmidt) Froemel, Frank's wife. Frank is standing behind his father. The woman in between Anna and Frank with the arrow pointing at her that says "Mama!" is Cecilia (Schiebel) Beitel, niece of Cecilia and Joseph, cousin of Frank. I am not sure who the children are, but they are probably some of Frank and Anna's children.
This photo had to have been taken sometime between 1901 and 1914. Cecilia (Schiebel) Beitel did not come to the USA until 1901, and the Frank Froemels moved to Mt Angel, Oregon, in about 1914. I do not know who wrote the identifying marks on the photo.
